AOC Curved Monitors are for Gaming

MMD said that it is releasing two AOC Agon curved gaming monitors with frameless design. Both are 16:9 format VA panels, the 31.5″ AG322QXH with 2560 x 1440 resolution and the 27″ AG272FCX with 1920 x 1080.

The curvature radius is 1800mm for both and they have three side frameless designs. The monitors have refresh rates of 144Hz and support AMD FreeSync. There is also a low input lag mode to bypass processing for reduced latency. AOC’s ‘Shadow Control’ brightness dark areas of the image. The monitors have a QuickSwitch keypad to allow fast switching between different settings and there are FPS, Racing, RTS and customisable presets. There are also headset holders, handles and customisable RGB LED lights.

The 31.5″ has dual DisplayPort inputs, with one on the 27″, while both have dual HDMI and one VGA input. Both have 100% sRGB support and 4ms GtG response time. The 31.5″ has 2,000:1 contrast, while the 27″ has 3,000:1. Pricing is £519 ($539 + tax) and £389 ($405 + tax), respectively and both will be available in May.
