We saw LG’s 32UD99 31.5″ 3840 x 2160 monitor at CES and ISE (LG Will Show HDR & ChromeCast Monitors at CES). Now the company has said that it will be available at $999 from March 28th. The monitor has 550 cd/m² of output and support for HDR.

Sony has released pricing for its OLED displays which were seen at CES (Sony Adopts Dolby Vision for OLED and LCD TVs). The 65″ will sell for $6,500 in the US, the 55″ for $5,000. There will be a 77″, but pricing is not available yet.

Philips has trailled an ‘8000 series’ LCD TV line that will be available in the second half of 2017 and will use QD film and support brightness of up to 1,000 cd/m².
